The Proteomic-Olink laboratory operates under Good Laboratory Practice/ Good Clinical Laboratory Practice (GLP/GCLP) standards and provides services to clients in the academic, industrial, and pharmaceutical communities. All operations are conducted following Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and all experiments workflows are documented in a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). The Pharmacogenomics Centre is equipped with the Olink platform and the Illumina NovaSeq 6000 technologies giving the analytical possibilities for proteomic analysis. As part of its core expertise, the Pharmacogenomics Centre possess a Bioinformatics and Statisticians team allowing a complete service from the data analysis, interpretation to data reporting.
Olink® Explore 3072 panel
Olink® Explore 3072 is a high-throughput protein biomarker discovery platform used to measure the concentration of move more than 3000 of human plasma proteins using few microliters of sample and NovaSeq 6000 Ilumina system as readout. (link)
